Catoro Cafe is a Cat Cafe. We are a unique space where you can enjoy delicious bubble tea while spending time with adoptable rescue cats. We also sell cat products including food, litter, cat toys, and adorable gifts & accessories for cat lovers.

Our mission is to provide a safe and loving environment for cats to live temporarily while promoting their adoption into loving furever homes.

We are closed on Mondays and Statutory Holidays for deep cleaning and maintenance.

While walk-ins are welcome, please note we do have a limited capacity of 12 guests per 50-minute session.

We highly recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, to ensure you secure your spot. Reservations can be made online through our Booking Page.

Admission is $18 per person for children and adults. 

Children must be over the age of 5 to visit the cats.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Our space is designed to be family-friendly, but we ask that all visitors respect the cats' space and well-being.

No, sorry. Our cats are all quarantined before entering our space. To reduce the risk of transmissible diseases, fighting or other liability issues, we cannot have any outdoor animals in our space.

Do not pick up the cats, grab them or restrain their movement.

Do not feed the cats any outside food or treats.

Use quiet voices to keep the environment calm. No running, screaming or gymnastics permitted - the Cat Forest is a calm place.

3. Complete our online adoption application form.

4. Complete a brief phone interview and provide any supplementary paperwork or photos required.

5. Pay the adoption fee and schedule a time to bring your new kitty home.

Our adoption fee is $400 per cat or $600 for a bonded pair.

100% of this fee goes directly to our rescue partners and helps them cover a portion of the cost required for spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping and any medical care the cat needed prior to adoption.

Catoro is a big believer in not rushing the adoption process so that the cat and the family are both ready for the new transition.

We receive dozens of adoption applications each week. This means we aren't able to update each adopter about the status of their application. Please reach out to adoptions@catoropets.com if you have any questions.

We receive dozens of applications for our kitties each week. Our rescue partners move forward with the applicant that they believe is the best fit for each individual cat, not on a first-come, first-serve basis. While we cannot disclose why an applicant was not selected, we are always happy to discuss the application process in more detail. Please email adoptions@catoropets.com if you have any questions.

We all a "trial period" method of adoption. This gives the adopters up to ten days after the adoption to decide whether the cat is right for them. During this time, they can return the cat for any reason, and receive a refund minus a non-refundable $50 processing fee.

If, for any reason, an adoption does not work out past the 10 day trial period, adopters are welcome to surrender the cat back to Catoro at any time but will not be refunded their adoption fee.

We are looking for volunteer drivers help to get our kitties to the vet! Our main partner is 3 km from Catoro. Drivers get a free bubble tea or beverage of their choice.

Financial contributions help us provide food, medical care, and enrichment for the cats. You can purchase a sponsor bundle or donate on our Amazon wishlist.

There is a $10 delivery fee for orders under $100 (before tax).

We currently deliver to anywhere within 30km of Catoro Cafe. You can use Google Maps to check if you are within 30km.

It takes us 5-7 days to deliver your order. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email. If you are needing to order litter or food urgently, please order accordingly to our delivery time.
