Tom

Tom is a 10-year-old toothless little kitty with a permanent “blep” that is so endearing you can’t help but want to pet him. He doesn’t have a lot of exposure to people, so he’s still nervous and unsure when approached. He gives gentle hisses but won’t swat at or bite you, but is still a bit scared of pets. Tom will lick your fingers up and down though when you give him wet treats!

Update: Tom started to let us pet him and he loves cheek and head scratches :)
